Conclusion of Contract

 

A binding booking is given if the client accepts the tour offer, provided by the guide verbally or in writing. Basically the client has to confirm the final offer by signature.

Withdrawal from Contract

 

A withdrawal from contract free of charge is possible, when the cancellation takes place at the latest seven days before the determined date of the tour. 25 % of the determined price is due in the event of cancellation three days before the determined date of the tour (if an alternate date can be found, no cancellation fee is due). 50 % of the determined price is due in the event of cancellation one to two days before the determined date of the tour, whereas 100 % of the agreed costs are due in the event of cancellation on the determined date of the tour.

Prices

 

The prices on this web site shall serve for orientation purposes only. The finally negotiated prices are valid. The offer is valid for three working days, if anything else has not been provided in writing.

Payment

 

The price for the booked service is due in advance prior to start of the tour, either by cash payment or by bank transfer by the agreed date. The bank transfer is considered timely after receiving payment by the agreed date. I reserve the right to consider a late or missing payment as cancellation. So far relevant, the demand on cancellation fees is not affected and remains valid.

 

Service

 

As long as the agreed tour has been conducted based on the agreed essential features, the full price is due. Minor variations in the program are kept reserved. Basically the tour is being conducted in almost every weather condition, in case of extreme weather conditions the organizer makes the final decision. In cases of force majeure the guide and client are going to seek for an alternative. Compensation claims are excluded.

Delays

 

If the client does not appear at the agreed meeting point without any announcement or consultation more than 20 minutes, the guide will have the discretion to shorten or cancel the tour or to conduct the tour at a surcharge. If the client announces his / her delay of more than 20 minutes beforehand, the guide will be available at least for the time agreed in the contract. An additional service will be subject of further negotiation.

Place of jurisdiction and performance

 

Place of jurisdiction and performance is Berlin.

Variation of GTC

 

Variation of GTC will only be valid in context of the contract in writing.
